For several years our Management
Recruiting clients have been asking us for a
non-traditional way to attract and retain quality hourly
employees. After much research and analysis in the
marketplace, we have introduced this new tool targeted
directly to the hourly candidates our clients seek most.
The "CareerHunt.Net Application
Guide" will contain up to twelve (12) participants
looking for hourly employees. Along with their
company profile there is an actual application in the
guide that the interested candidate can simply fill out
and mail directly to the company from the privacy of their
own home.
This tool will be delivered to locations
per city where they will be easily accessible for the
candidates to receive, look over and send their
application out.
Distribution will be a minimum of 5,000
per city and will include some or all of these locations:
Department Stores - Malls - High Schools
- Colleges - Movie Theatres.
Other non-traditional ways, which are
proprietary, will be used.
For example, Application Guides will be delivered to
"key employees" identified by our traveling
mystery shopper.
Also there will be a "one for
all" application posted on this website up to 30 days
after distribution, where the candidate can electronically
fill out the application and email it directly to the
decision maker at the company if they prefer NOT to mail
it.
